  Before turning your idea into web application we will need to do a bit of preparation, which mostly consists of listening and learning.

  We need your input in order to better understand your ideas, plans and goals, as well as your main priorities and preferences.

  We will have to learn about your project as much as possible in order to feel it and to get into the spirit of it. Next we will analyze your business, your customers, the market you operate in and your competitors.

  We do this to make sure we understand your needs and the environment you operate in, so that we could fully commit ourselves to the work in order to deliver your ideas to the web quickly and efficiently.

  2. IMPLEMENTATION

  After that an implementation stage begins. Development and communication are equally important parts of the implementation process.

  We establish a strong communication line between our team and a product owner, involving a client in a development process as much as we can, in order to meet client’s needs to the full.

  Clear, honest and transparent communication creates highly effective collaboration process and brings on desired results.

  When a whole team is on the same page, development starts and it’s time for us to use our skills and experience in order to develop modern high-quality product.

  3. RELEASE

  Effective development and clear communication results in the form of Releases.

  We say releases, cause in the modern world market changes real fast and we need to be quick to respond to those changes.

  We split project implementation into small periods of 2 - 4 weeks and release new features at the end of each sprint.

  It allows a client to try a product earlier and possibly change his vision or adjust it according to market conditions, as well as re-prioritize product features to get more business value.

  Small iterations is a powerful tool for driving your project in the right direction.
