Analysis & contract
The analysis phase involves learning a client’s business needs and gathering information for creating a vision document, a high-level suggested solution document, etc. The client is free to choose any contract type to suit his needs: “Fixed Price”, “Time & Material” or “Time & Material capped”. After selection of the contract type, the appropriate document package is prepared.

Implementation
During the implementation phase our technical specialists do the work according the SOW (statement of work) document and other documents specifying work scope and activities, requirements, deliverables, etc. for the stated timeline.

Delivery & acceptance
The delivery takes place as soon as the implementation and inner testing are completed. We assist the client with a demo and provide training in using the implemented software. The client performs testing and validates that the software corresponds to the requirement and design documents.

Warranty
We guarantee 90 days of full-service free support for the implemented software. Any guarantee issues are considered high priority.
